My Goals:
1. I will lose 196 pounds. 2. I will get on my treadmill for 30 minutes each day, above and beyond the other exercises I do. 3. I will stop eating junk and go back to eating fruit and frozen yogurt for treats. or other low fat/low cal options. 4. I will stick to this plan come hell or high water. 5. I will be the gorgeous, thin woman who is inside me. 6. I will live the long and happy life, which I know is meant for me.
My Program:
1. Walking on treadmill 30 min. daily-no matter how tired I am. 2. Heavy cleaniong of my house 1x per week, for 60 min.. 3. Eat my fruits and vegetables. 4. Dance 2x per week, for 30 min. 5. Strength train 3x per week. 6. Do mowing and snowblowing as needed. 7. Do low impact aerobics for 60 min. on the 4 days I work. 8. Stop procrastinating, complaining, giving in to impulses and cravings, using excuses and stop thinking that this weight will never go away! It will!!!! 9. Start focusing on how I want to look and feel and the size I want to be (4). 10. Know that my goals are achievable !! I just need to want it more than I want the junk food that keeps me from getting there!!
Personal Information:
I, jokingly tell people that I am from a "white bread, red neck mountain town" in Upstate New York that I am overjoyed to be out of. Closed minded people and stupidity/hypocricy really bother me!!!!
