At goal weight

I am training for a half marathon and feel really good about the hard work I have put in. The reason why I love running so much it is a refuge from all my demons. I literally run away from my problems. I try to cross train and eat well most of the time. I am scared to death of gaining weight still but I am working on it by making good choices and tracking here on spark.

My Goals:
Run the half this month in Phoenix AZ. Sign up for a 5k in the next few weeks.

My Program:
Running using the Galloway Walk/Run Method-three days per week. Cross train other 3.r

Working on eating clean-less sugar ( I am an addict. More vegetables, less fruit. Cannot give up frozen breakfasts/lunches/dinners from Lean Cusine!

Personal Information:
Married, two older kids, high school and college.

Other Information:
I learned that courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man (or woman)is not he (she) who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
