My Goals:
I am looking to drop about 20 pounds. I can't remember the last time I was under 150 and I think once I break that for a few weeks I will be so motivated to keep going!

My Program:
I am eating well, working out and just trying to stay active and keep moving.

Personal Information:
I have been married to the love of my life for about 6 months now. We have the best little puppy (who is a giant black lab) and the most wonderful house ever. I love the life I am living right now and I know it will only get better!

Sounds great to me! It's always nice to have support. You should check out this group I'm part of. 20 somethings with 25-49 lbs to lose, the thread is under challenges "Valentine's Day Slim Down" That is an amazing group of ladies and we have all become very close. Constant encouragement and support. Everyone is going through the same struggles and really working to get to our goals by summer! Hope to see you on that thread! If not, I'm still here!

My biggest kicker now is my diet. I do great at the gym. Work out all the time, I actually LOVE going to the gym, but the eating stinks for me. I struggle constantly with portion size and the right combinations. We've been off work for over a week now bc of inclement weather, so I have really been struggling this week. I am trying to clamp down and focus on nutrition now. Any pointers would be great!
