Healthy Living

Last year, after my 40th birthday, I lost 30lbs by counting calories and committing to an exercise regimen. I maintained my weight for 6 months, and am now trying to lose another 10, while working on strengthening my body.

I'm following the New Rules of Lifting for Women, and I like to run. I'm hoping to enter my first 5k this summer.

I'm aiming for 1600-1700 calories on non-lifting days, and 2000 on lifting days.

My goal is to lift 3x/week and run 3x/week.
