My Goals:
I would like to lose about 85 pounds. I want to be healthy for my kids and hubby, but more importantly for myself

My Program:
I have recently vastly cut my sugar intake which has also drastically reduced my intake of processed foods. I have a lot more energy!

Personal Information:
I live in Greentown Pa, (The middle of nowhere!) with my hubby and two of our kids.

Other Information:
I love to watch read and watch T.V. I also love to cook and bake.

well we made it past Thanksgiving (USA). Although we may not have made perfect choices, you are still in the top five for team fitness minutes this week!!!
When the negative thoughts come - and they will; they come to all of us - it's not enough to just not dwell on it... You've got to replace it with a positive thought.
