I am a married stay at home mom with 3 kids, a son who is 19 another 13, and a daughter who is 8. I really want to get fit for them and my wonderful hubby. I eat very healthy except for my love of anything chocolate, and wanting to snack all day, I do great at mealtimes and at night. Darn that daytime boredom, and I have been very inactive. I have noticed on the days that I exercise I am not tempted as badly, so I am trying to work out at least 5 times a week.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 85 pounds. I want to be healthy for my kids and hubby, but more importantly for myself

My Program:
I have always eaten pretty healthy my biggest weakness is snacking during the day and chocolate! I also am excercising for the first time in many years :)

Personal Information:
I live in Greentown Pa, (The middle of nowhere!) with my hubby and our three kids.

Other Information:
I love to watch read and watch T.V. My fav shows are Psych, Once upon a time, The Following, Castle, Bones, Cupcake wars, Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Restaurant Impossible (can you tell I love to watch T.V. I haven't even named half of the shows I regularly watch...lol)

well we made it past Thanksgiving (USA). Although we may not have made perfect choices, you are still in the top five for team fitness minutes this week!!!
When the negative thoughts come - and they will; they come to all of us - it's not enough to just not dwell on it... You've got to replace it with a positive thought.

Congrats on being in the top five for team fitness minutes.
I fell this week at the gym. I tripped over a piece of equipment that was where it shuld not have been. WOrking out is really hard for me right now, due to the pain. But I am determined to do what I can at home.
I see in you that same determination. Stay strong and keepyour eye on the goal!!!
