Still Under Construction! Like Roadwork.

Member since 2009! Wow, lots of things have happened since then. A person could give up! I have to say, one thing that hasn't happened, I haven't gotten to my goal weight. Well, I have finished my cancer treatment and now I am moving in the direction of wellness. The plan is to change my lifestyle, move 30 minutes a day with a different exercise routines through the week. I am changing my eating more organic less red meat, sugars and processed foods. Hi Suzy! Thank you for starting the 30 in 30. I may not get t0 30 but every day I do it is a step in the right direction. I agree with your plan of eating more organic. I have started to work toward that also but it is expensive. I have been doing more cooking and less processed. Makes me feel better (and it tastes pretty good too) Have a great week!

I downloaded the yoga journal podcast for free from I tunes. there are lots of yoga podcasts there, so check it out! Great resource for trying out some different practices.

If you have netflix you can stream some instant yoga DVD's from there too. (or check out DVD's from the library).
