Hittin the Gym in 2010!! Woo Hoo!

I moved to the Louisville area over a year ago from Jacksonville, FL. My husband and I married in October 2007 and he is stationed at Ft.Knox. I am a Graphic Designer, and I work for a government print shop. It has taken me awhile to get used to things here in KY, but I have met great people, and gotten really involved in the community and really enjoy it now!! I kind of got out of my workout routine, when we first moved here but now I am back on track and can't wait to meet my goal and ...

My Goals:
My goals are to:

** lose about 25 lbs
** outside being active or at the gym everyday!
**really start eating clean!
**add in more strength training


run a 5k- Done!

run a 10k..



My Program:
30-45 mins of cardio everyday, and taking spinning classes at the gym. Also including strength training into my routine.

Personal Information:
I moved to Louisville, a little over a year ago from Jacksonville, Fl.
I have met great friends here in Louisville who have been such a motivation!! Let me know if anyone needs a workout buddy.
I love walking/running at the park and just doing new things around town! I love being very ACTIVE!

Hey there. 29 Palms is boring but it's still beautiful especially if you love the desert lifestyle. You'll be getting here right as I'll be having my baby! Hope everything is going great with you.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. You're the first person I've found on here that's even remotely close to me! And you're a military wife to boot!
My hubby is stationed at Knox as well. He's in Vet command. We've been married 16 years now, all of which he's been in the military for. This is our 6th assignment. We just got here in November from Japan.

Thanks for vising my sparkpage. The Bible Study that I did on Tuesday is with a new campus ministry on the University of Louisville's campus (Chi Alpha). The church that I go and supports this campus ministry is named Trinity Chapel; it's on Whipps Mill Drive, right off Shelbyville Road.
