My Sparkpage

Up until about 5 years ago I was quite slim, but the weight has just crept up on me. I think I have been in denial for some time now, trying to sqeeze myself into clothes the size I 'used to be'. Now though, I can't even squeeze into them, in fact the size up from what I used to be is too tight. My stomach seems to be a seperate entity that billows over my waist band and has to be tucked in! I am so far beyond denial now and am ready to reclaim my slim toned waist. It's in there somewhere!

My Goals:
Stick to my calorie range of 1200-1550

Only eat between 12:00 -8:00

10000 steps a day

Spark people 28 day bootcamp DVD

My Program:
Things that help me stick to my calorie goals:
1.) Skip breakfast. Starting to eat arround midday really makes it so much easier to eat enough to feel satisfied at meal times.
2.) Eat loads of non starchy vegetables and salad. Really bulks up my plate and helps to fill me up as well as ensuring I eat plenty of nutritious food.
3.) Oatcakes. So filling, feel heavy in the stomach keeping me satisfied for longer.
