10-25-09 Completed a 200 contact hours Certified Yoga Teacher Training at Green Tree School of Yoga, Elkhart, Indiana.
10-09-09 This is the second time I've joined Spark. The first time I joined was March 15th of 2007. Between January, 2007 and October, 2008, I lost 90 pounds (went from 256 pounds down to 166 pounds) by using the bestlife plan and Spark. I've regained 22 pounds back and need to get back on track. I need to track my food and fitness again. I want to reach my goal: to weigh 152.

Thanks for stopping by my page. Was so hectic yesterday, I didn't get back on after my morning post.
Long run was good, got a bit tired at about 6 miles but that's when the hills start. Kept my pace about what I wanted to finish out the 10 miles. Off for a 6 miler in minutes.
You are doing great and my gym has Zumba classes but I've yet to check them out. Might have to do so.

Thanks for stopping by my page and yep, got through that paperwork without too much injury! Got that 4 mile run this afternoon as morning was soooo hectic!! Looking at my first double digit training run in the morning! I must get to sleep earlier tonight..but LOST starts...good thing I can record it!
