The first time I joined was March 15th of 2007. Between January, 2007 and October, 2008, I lost 90 pounds (went from 256 pounds down to 166 pounds) by using the bestlife plan and Spark. I've regained 22 pounds back and need to get back on track. I need to track my food and fitness again. I want to reach my goal: to weigh 152.
