I journal what I eat, what I read, nutrition tips; record favorite recipes for future use; lower calories and fats in favorite recipes; track nutrition, weight and have added measurement to be checked monthly. I am increasing activity level and monitoring steps.

I graduated from college in 1971 with a BS in Nursing. I practiced nursing for 38 years.
