A Walk back to Health

Hi,
I love food waaaay too much, so I am looking to stay motivated and motivate others!
At first, this will help me track my medicaly supervised protein weight loss diet.
My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds, and have this be 90-95% of fat only, protecting my muscle and my base metabolism.
Once the weightloss phase is done, I want to maintain, so I'll be here for a good and long time.

My Goals:

My Program:
Medically supervised high protein/low carb diet

Personal Information:
I'm doing rather well on my diet, as it's very adapted to my health condition.
I have chron's and can't have raw and on the low carb, fruits are off limits (and they don't agree with chron's anyhow)


Other Information:
I am a free woman, I rule my life, my mind, my body. My hubby gets that, and loves that I am my own person. He's a real man, empowered by my strenghts, not emasculated by the fact that he doesn't have to "protect" me. We stride together as equals towards our goals.
I strongly believe that no force of any kind should cage a woman or impose their will against her. I am woman, hear me roar! :) Also, I believe that you should do onto others as you would have done to you... that's proactive and positive. I always strive to be a positive force in any environement I am. The universe will multiply anything you put into it, and so make sure you put love out there, not hate, of any kind.

It was nice to hear from you. I am sooo proud of you for losing 80 lbs. and keeping it off. FANTASTIC!!!

Just saw your post about the coconut bread. Did you ever get it any lighter? My flaxmeal bread is dense too, i think they all are . Did you grind coconut into meal or buy it ? I'm always looking for a "sandwich " bread. I know those who swear by the oopsies. I haven't made those yet either. emoticon

Yes. It was time for a break but, now I am also ready to get serious again. We are gonna kick some booty in April. I am challenging myself to exercise 300 minutes per week and eat 7 servings of fruits and veggies per day.

Let's get this party started!

Just stopped by to see how you are doing. I am trying to focus on my program again and stay in contact with my Sparkfriends. It is almost April and I need to make some changes. I want to get back to actually losing weight insead of just maintaining.

I hope you are hanging in there. This just takes focus. When I focus on my goals and plan for success, I do succeed. Let's make a commitment to ourselves to push a little harder for what we want to achieve.
