Chunky Nana to Skinny Nana !
I was 270 back in nov 4 of 2008 , had the lap band in April , so far I have lost a total of 30 lbs , I am not done yet ,
Here is a few pic's from the start , The Most recent pcture is my profile picture , which is about 3 months ago.
The most I can say is , when I was at that weight , I could'nt play with my grandchild it hurt to walk, I had to do some thing with my life, it is too inportent to me , So I did and I am glad I did , wasnt easy I have family ...

The biggest thing of all was I had to quit smoking , 3 months before surgery , I did , and I am still not smoking , it is a great feeling, u will and do fel better , for making u r life better , Patience , I know it is hard but follow the rules , ask for help , some one to chatt with , we are out here ,
