My Goals:
My goals are to be free of disease and health problems that come from being overweight. In the process, I know I will have more energy, clothes will fit better, and I will save a lot of money that would otherwise be spent trying to regain my health.

My Program:
I enjoy walking indoors and out. When I am indoors I use an elliptical or Wii Walk It Out. I average 1-2 hours a day 6 days/ wk. Most days I stay within my calorie range by using the food tracker. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts are my mainstay. I quit drinking soda and replaced it with water.

I'm so excited to hear all the good things going on in your life! Congratulations on buying the new house and your son's graduation soon. I hope he gets the teaching job! Wow! 5 acres is really nice. I'm so happy to hear Kelly is doing well and I would love to see the woodwork he is doing. It will be great to have Casey home again too! That's fun spending time with your GS too. I'm just so happy for you!
I had a good time with my GD, but haven't seen her again since Sunday. I think she wants to go to church with me again next Sunday too:)
