My goals are to be free of disease and health problems that come from being overweight. In the process, I know I will have more energy, clothes will fit better, and I will save a lot of money that would otherwise be spent trying to regain my health.
I enjoy walking indoors and out. When I am indoors I use an elliptical or Wii Walk It Out. I average 1-2 hours a day 6 days/ wk. Most days I stay within my calorie range by using the food tracker. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts are my mainstay. I quit drinking soda and replaced it with water.
Hi Janette! I'm so happy you had a good visit with Kelly, and with Bevin, and will be talking with Casey soon. That is good news! The doctor said the nodules in my lungs are quite common and not to worry about them but they will monitor them, but he didn't seem concerned at all:) Tina has lost 30 lbs on this new diet and I have lost 13 lbs.! She has been on it a little longer than I have about 3 weeks longer so I hope to lose 30 lbs too in the next month. Things are going well for both of us now and we are very blessed!
it is fun and when the great nephews and nieces come over they want to play too...they have helped me with ideas....they love the jump rope station, the push up station and the bike station, where you peddle backwards....there are endless things you can do...
