My goals are to be free of disease and health problems that come from being overweight. In the process, I know I will have more energy, clothes will fit better, and I will save a lot of money that would otherwise be spent trying to regain my health.
I enjoy walking indoors and out. When I am indoors I use an elliptical or Wii Walk It Out. I average 1-2 hours a day 6 days/ wk. Most days I stay within my calorie range by using the food tracker. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts are my mainstay. I quit drinking soda and replaced it with water.

I'm doing well. i don't work at the Salvation Army anymore. Which is a good thing! I never made any money there, and after 4 years I was still part time and on call. Now I work for my brother, full time, making good money and doing something that is not physically, emotionally exhausting, and not dangerous either! i do the accounts receivables and payables now, and basically the finances, which is really funny because I'm not a math person at all! I could barely add and subtract double digits before this.lol
