This is my championship life I am embarking on. I was born in 1961 have enough experience on where I've been and time to experience where I will be.

I am developing some healthy habits, but portion control is a challenge. I exercise regularly. Usually, running and walking. I'm incorporating swimming, biking & tennis now.

Nope, hubby was a dropout. Too busy with school. But he is going for lots of walks and may try the X-IT class at the gym. We'll see. He is busy prepping for his major exam at school - lots of reading and then student teaching in the Fall. Then he is done and ready to start looking for a job.
