Back and ready to KICK BUTT!

I'm BACK!

I fell off the spark wagon and the weight loss/exercise wagon in a BIG way. I've gained the weight back, and now am at the highest I have been in about 7-8 years. YIKES!

I want to get back to an active healthy life style. I want to look in the mirror and be excited at what I'm seeing.

I know I can get there with spark..I've missed this place and happy to be 'home'!

Ok, I weighed in today: 136.2 Ugh!!! Not a good weight for someone who is only 5 feet! I'm so ready to get rid of it all. Let's do this!

I'm doing pretty well! Headed to the gym and did leg day today - weighted squats, prone hamstring curls, lunges, pliť squats and a little cardio. I could barely walk down the stairs after! Haha haven't had a lot of time for school work so I am going to be working on that all night.

How about you? How is your Monday shaping up?
