Life Keeps Going On Even W/out Fast Food!

Oh so many years I was lost in the world of dieting and the outcome was poor health. So trying to lose weight became the one thing that exacerbated my healthy symptoms into something almost unrepairable. I am so fortunate that on 6/20/2014 I was given a reality check and have been on a mission to save myself by not dieting but by living! On 7/1 I changed my life. Transformation was necessary. Life is what I have decided to make it and I have decided to make it at least another 46 years!
