I have been over weight for the last 10 years, my family seems to lose weight but I have yet to find the motiviation... I think I have found it now.
1/1/14 You are my support and motivation through this challenge.
My new years resolution is to eat five fruits/veg a day
Do something active for thirty minutes six days a week.
Eat 1500 Cal per day
Put myself first
