Like to share some quotes here that I find relevant to my purpose here, and in my life in general;
Hope they speak to you as they did me.
You can not find your soul with your mind,
You must find it with your heart,
You must know what you're feeling,
If you don't know what you're feeling,
You will create Unconsciously,
If you are unconscious of an aspect of yourself,
If it operates outside your field of awareness,
That aspect has power over you...

Yeah, I should have mentioned where I noticed your cottage cheese comment. It was on FancyImage's page. But I didn't know what recipe you were talking about.

I eat cottage cheese for breakfast almost daily and I have yogurt and fruit with it. I think the yogurt helps with the non-fat?

Thanks for the compliment! It was slower than most, but it is doable!

YOU really can make it happen. ONE day at a time.

I agree. I find the same thing with fat free greek yogurt. I prefer the 2%.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. We used just a regular 4% fat cottage cheese... we really don't like the fully fat free stuff, but I'm sure it would work just the same.
