At 176.6 Lowest I have been since 2007. Down 61.4 lbs. from heaviest weight in 2009.
2009/2010 ish until now. I have lost 60+ pounds since then. I feel so much healthier!

Becoming a healthier person
Over the past 4 years, I have lost a total of 61.4 pounds through fad diets, Weight Watchers, and now Spark People.
I really decided to take the healthy route of losing weight in summer of 2012 when I lost my dad to cancer. I decided no more unhealthy fad diets. I lost 32 pounds and ran my first half marathon by the end of that year.
My goal is to get back on track, stay committed and consistent, and feel better about myself to hopefully become an all around ...

This summer I have been up and down with using Spark People and staying consistent. I the next month, I hope to get myself back to staying strong with my journey to a new me!!
7/18/2013~176.6 (Up from previous weeks, but this is after spending a week visiting my family and not watching what I ate).
7/22/2013~179 (another gain after a romantic week end away with the fiance' and breaking my foot).
8/4/2013~175.6 (Have not been making the best eating choices lately and I have not worked out due to broken foot. A lot of overeating on the week ends. Starting fresh. getting #backontrack)

Get down to 164 pounds.
Get more toned.
Make healthier choices and focus more on clean eating.
Work out 4~6 times a week on a regular basis.
Continue to run.
Feel better about the way I look.
Smile as often as possible through the good, bad, and ugly!!!
My Program:
Trying to eat more Palio foods.
Meeting my daily calorie recommendation to lose weight.
Doing a short 10 minute Spark video daily.
Doing cardio 5 days a week (every other day it is running).
Strength training different target zones 5 times a week.
Giving myself awards for achievements.
