Hi. thanks for your comment about my HM. when i give only one number for an interval, it means i'm doing a 1:1 ratio: i ran that at 45 seconds running/45 seconds walking ... for 13.1 miles! i'm hoping to up my running for the next half, in March, and am using a Galloway training program for it. we shall see.
Hi! I added you as a friend as well. You should try it just do as many as the things as you can. I am not following it exactly either. I am not giving up exercising, nor running which he is against except short sprints. I am not following his timeline either because I can't with my work schedule. And I am not going to be exercising after dinner either, for me that would be like 10pm! So don't sweat it, just try what you can.
