My Goals:
I want to lose a few pounds and tone up. I also want to increase my upper body strength. One of my more specific goals is to be able to do straight-leg pushups!
My Program:
I try eat healthy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. I'm trying to increase the healthy fats in my diet. I work out 6 days a week. I swim laps 4 days a week and strength train 2 x per week. Eventually, I'd like to increase my strength training to 3 x per week.
