Hi there and thank you for your comment on my blog and the information regarding P90X. Cathes' STS were up to an hour as well, but I don't have a problem with this. I exercise in the evenings after work and I get home around 4:00. I can't wait to get started with it. I want to start in September or at the latest October 1st, do you think you could join me?

I had XTRAIN and didn't like it so I sold that one as well. I then purchased the one that uses the sliding disks and the Heavy Strikes Tabata rounds. I like those. I love Cathe, but just like any workout program I have had to accept that not all programs are for me, no matter how much I would like to do them. But the great thing is that there are many, many more programs out there to try! emoticon
