    Hi - I just noticed your comment from a couple of months ago regarding IBS... I felt the need to respond, because you said that although you've lost weight walking and going on a low carb diet, you've never felt worse... If you have IBS, I would think that low carbs would be the worst kind of diet to be on. With IBS, you need to be sure you have all of your required fiber intake to keep things moving, so to speak. I know that when I have either too much or too little fiber, it can trigger a cycle. I don't know if you're still following the same plan, but if you are, I would suggest trying to add healthy carbs with fiber - slowly building up to around 25 g per day. Losing weight is great, but not if it makes you feel bad!!!
