I live in a more rural area as well, but sounds like I'm closer to the city than you. I commented on SP members just recently about missing public transportation, however, that comes with living in a more populated area. I'm going to thaw some meat today to make a batch of something....with the frigid temperatures and illness here it will be good comfort .
Hello. Actually you made a comment on the sewing project....but your last post was on a photo of the finished dress. So, if you think you are losing it, your are definitely not. I eased myself back into some walking yesterday. Today, I'll lace up again for the outdoors....and definitely before the storm hits!
DH got one of those flip belgian waffle makers and the waffle mix like the hotels use.....I promised him we'd make some this morning.....I'll have to be careful to just taste test! It is high tme I get back to some serious food tracking for 2015.

Morning, Syd. Thanks so much for the blog post and the nice comment on the dress. My DH now refers to it as the $1500 dress because of all of the time I took away from billable client hours to make it (LOL). It was by far the most complicated thing I ever made, that's for sure.
So....January 1 and 2015 have arrived and "the day" when so many start their health and fitness programs. I have 2 more eating events to go, so I am finding it difficult to tell myself to get on with my health and fitness program NOW rather than Monday.....bah! excuses are always handy. Sparking this morning is making me face that I need to buck up and do what I can this moment, this meal, this day.
