A New "Physical" Year
Hi everyone,
First I want to thank my friend, Nancy, for referring me to this website. I had shared with her that most businesses have their fiscal years run from July to June of each year. Therefore, I have decided to run my new "physical" year starting this July 2008. I am very excited to become a "SparkPeople" and am looking forward to meeting new friends and meeting my goals: improve health, reduce cholesterol, lose weight, focus on the positive and add love, joy, laughter to my ...

My Goals:
My goal is to live a positive, healthier lifestyle. That includes losing weight, eating healthier, lowering cholesterol and having an exercise program.
My Program:
Right now just getting started. For now, I will track my nutrition, drink 8 cups of water and begin exercising at least 5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I have lived in Florida most of my life. I have a son and daughter who are both, now on their own. I live with hubby of 16 years and 5 cats (Beauty, Beast, WildThang, Parker and Max). WildThang died, a victim of diabeties, on August 21, 2008. She was a loyal and very affectionate companion and is very much missed.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading historical romances and mysteries that are not too gory. I also spend too much time chatting and playing games on Pogo.com.
