" No way!," is what everyone says when I say that I have a hundred pounds to lose.

I moved here to South Florida 7 1/2 years ago and no one here knows me from my 135-145 weight days. That was before my son, before the HBP and before the compulsive overeating. But I know and I do remember how much better I felt at that weight and size. I want to feel and look and be healthy again.

I'm taking it one step and one day at a time this time.

My Goals:
My goal is to go from a size 18 to a size 8 and from having a big belly to have a flatter and more toned one. I would also like to tone my arms, legs and backside. My goal is to get under 150 lbs. My weight at age 30 was around 130-134 and I have read that we shouldn't be too much over the weight that we were when we were at that age.

My Program:
I plan to start exercising immediately.

I have HIP HOP ABS, some Jillian Michaels, Turbo Jam and some Core Rhythms and Leslie Sansone. I also have bands and balls and a few weights to get started with. Oh, I forgot to mention the rebounder!

I've been planning do this and just wouldn't/couldn't get started.

Personal Information:
The sunny weather in SouthFlorida caused me to relocate here a few years back. I live here with my teen age son.
Currently, I am not working, so this is a great time to take the free time to get healthy while preparing to return to work.

Other Information:
Some of my loves are reeading (self help books and literature) watching music and dance shows and .

Alternative health modes, natural cures and healing are also among my interests.

Ideally, I would love to eat clean and evolve into an almost raw diet lifestyle.
