Journey to better health in 2014

Nutrition goals: Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
Health goals: Reduce blood glucose, triglycerides, and blood pressure.
Fitness goals: 10K steps/day on work days. 2-3 spin classes or other cardio (144 minutes) per week. 2-3 weight circuits on machines Overall: build aerobic base, strengthen especially core muscles and legs, improve balance and flexibility.
Challenges: Osteoarthritis in left knee and hip at times interferes with sleep and exercise. Balance ...
