Ever since the age of 11 from my own recollection, I have been over weight and larger than the other kids at both primary and secondary school. At the age of 14 - 15 I tried my very first diet. I stopped snacking endlessley and cut down on greasey, fatty foods. My start weight was over 13 stone (182 lbs) :/ by the time I was 16 I weighed from the region of 12 stone to 11.12. In those 2 years till now I kinda stopped dieting yet still maintained my weight through regular gym use and semi- ...
Ever since the age of 11 from my own recollection, I have been over weight and larger than the other kids at both primary and secondary school. At the age of 14 - 15 I tried my very first diet. I stopped snacking endlessley and cut down on greasey, fatty foods. My start weight was over 13 stone (182 lbs) :/ by the time I was 16 I weighed from the region of 12 stone to 11.12. In those 2 years till now I kinda stopped dieting yet still maintained my weight through regular gym use and semi- serious dieting. I'm currently 29% Body fat would like to ideally be 17% :D

At the minute I seem to be stuck at 10 stone to 10.5 depending on how much I eat (Good or bad weeks haha ) I'm 5ft 6 in height. I've noticed now that I do eat alot more fruit and fibre which makes me feel great not bloated and run down.

I'm ready to take this diet seriously! and stick with it through platau's ect. Hoping to go to 8.5 or 8 stone. Depending on what I feel when I hit the 1st target.
