I am a work in progress

I am a 37 year old married mom of 3 girls. 4, 7, and 14. I have around 160 pounds to lose. I like to walk and read. My goal is to lose 160 pounds by October 2014. That will be 20 years together for me and my husband and I have a great trip planned if I meet my goals.

Hi Tabby. Good luck on your weight loss goals. I would like to encourage you to take this in small steps and recognize your progress along the way. Also, by the time your anniversary comes around, you will have lost quite a bit of weight. Please allow yourself to enjoy the trip and the time with your husband, even if you are not exacrly at your goal weight. You deserve good things in your life no matter what weight you are.
