One more thing... don't look at that 160 pounds as a whole. Break it into smaller goals. The 160 pounds will soon look as an insurmountable goal, but if you break into say 15 or 20 pounds or even 5 pounds you will feel excited each time you reach on of the goals and be even more motivated to keep going.
