Welcome to SparkPeople. We are glad to have you here with us. I think you will find some exercises that you can do sitting in a chair or on a couch in the fitness information here. Take it one day at a time and even if you can only start with 5 minutes that is a good start and before you know it you will be doing so much more. I am glad to meet you.

Hi Taffy, and welcome to Spark People!!! Check out the free fitness videos located under the orange tab at the top of the page titled Articles & Videos. You will find exercises for every fitness level. There are even chair exercises. If you have not worked out in a while, start with just 10 minutes a day until your body adapts.
