Welcome to SparkPeople. We are glad to have you here with us. I think you will find some exercises that you can do sitting in a chair or on a couch in the fitness information here. Hi Taffy, and welcome to Spark People!!! Check out the free fitness videos located under the orange tab at the top of the page titled Articles & Videos. You will find exercises for every fitness level. There are even chair exercises. If you have not worked out in a while, start with just 10 minutes a day until your body adapts.
