Just read your comment on another blog and had to stop by to say hello. Like you I am tall (5' 10") and big boned, while my husband is almost 6' and a born ektomorph -- lean and light. I have been heavier than him by about 5 to 10 lbs. for about half of our 20 years together, I would estimate, and it has always bothered me! He is incredibly loving and supportive and has never said a critical word about me, even when I got perilously close to 200 lbs. about a year AFTER having our daughter (when I felt I should be in the best shape of my life...didn't happen...too many coffee klatchs with my mom's group, led by a brilliant baker!) Anyway, this Fall we decided to support each other in getting fit, and I re-dedicated myself to tracking and exercising and eating right, with the help of SP and Fitness Blender videos. I have lost 8.2 lbs, and one of the things that makes me happiest is the fact that I am now lighter than my husband! It's not a competition, but I do like to feel lighter, and it has sure been a struggle. But enough about me...may I say that you look incredibly fit, and that 190 lbs. for a woman who is 9' 11" seems like a very good and sustainable weight.
Happy to meet another tall athletic woman, since I am often the tallest and biggest one in the room!
Cheers and best of luck,
