What better time to do an update than at the beginning of the year. So I'm still in the same yo-yo pattern as before. I never was able to get bck on the Medical Weigh Loss plan, I ended board eating the exact same things everday. While the plan does offer a different variety of food is is often things I don't like. It also can be expensive with buying their nutients and such. I did this before on my own I guess I can try that again. My husband and I are still in physical therapy but we have a plan to start back at the gym Jan 7th. In the meantime, I as working out on my xbox kinect with Just Dance 4. It makes working out a lot of fun. The I also have Wipeout 3 which is a butt kicker with all the jumping around that has to be done.

The good news is I am posting at least in the same year. I seem to have a love/hate relationship with food. I signed up with Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Mar and did quite well up until Jun when I had to go out of town for the month. A surgery followed that where I was down for another month. This week I started again back on the plan completely. So far so good.....we'll see. I never made it to the school I needed in April so the next one is in Jan 2013.

Well I accomplished the goal and lost all the weight during the deployment (50lbs). I got home in Jun 11 and ate everything I didn't have, didn't workout and I was off for 2 months. I don't have to say what happened but I will....all 50lbs came back. So I jut started again to try and get rid of it once more. I am suppose to go to a military school in April so I have to have it back off by the end of April.

I ate everythig I could find before I left for deployment because I knew I wouldn't get it overseas. Not the best attitude to take but I buckled down once I got overseas and have now lost 28 lbs since Jul 10th. I enjoyed the BLC Summer Camp which really helped get me jump started. Tomorrow starts BLC-14 and I can't wait to see what my 12 week results are. I am hoping to meet my military weigh-in by the end of this 12 weeks....If not sooner.

I am from Missouri orignally but now in Michigan because of the Army. I move around quite frequently. I am married with 3 children, 6 step-children, 1 grandson, 4 dogs, a cat.

I have a multitude of hobbies to include quilting, reading, scrapbooking and crosstitching.
