I CAN DO THIS. YOU CAN DO THIS. WE CAN DO IT TODAY.

Heaviest weight ever: 308 pounds
Starting SparkPeople weight: 278.5 pounds

I lost 30 pounds before joining SparkPeople and another 40 since. My weight, my blood pressure, my fasting blood glucose, my total cholesterol and LDL have all dropped. I lost so many inches on my waist that I had to buy a leather punch to make new holes in my belts.

I am grateful to my SparkFriends and the Spark Community for their friendship and their support. Thank you all.

Did you see David Sedaris' essay on his Fitbit? Thought of you while I was reading it. :)

HEY! So I broke a new record for myself with my steps this week. I hit 21,911. That's my record. I have a question:

HOW DID YOU DO THIS EVERYDAY???

By 18,000, my feet killed, by 20,000, I could barely walk at all. Geez.
