I have cut back on portion sizes, I try to snack on healthy foods and I get at least 50 mins exercise every week day. I walk, I use Wii fit and I would like to add swimming to my weekly workout. I have the Insanity fitness program so I need to build up to doing that.
My asthma is annoying as I have to use a nebulizer but I'm still able to work out; elliptical & treadmill. I'm hoping that as I lose weight, the asthma will get better. I'm also seeing someone who will hopefully be able to help with that by seeing my blood work & putting me on supplements.
