I'm done, done, done!

I have battled my weight my entire life and I'm done. Only I can make these changes happen and I will. At 32 and married for almost 10 years we are trying to get pregnant and I believe my weight is standing in the way. I want to go for a hike and feel confident I can finish. I want to cook all day and not have my back ache for days. I want to be able to buy clothes in the normal clothing section. I want to fit into current styles. I love SPARKPEOPLE. I tell someone about it several times a week. I think the communities are great and it always makes me feel more motivated when I can offer someone else an encouraging word. SP helps me keep my health at the top of my priority list. I stay focused and it helps me remember that this is for the rest of my life. This is my life and I need to work at it and make it all I want it to be.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blogs that I was writing while I was out at sea this last month!! I'm getting better at keeping my protein and fiber in balance, and am a little better prepared for this next trip.. I know what my trip-ups were, so I know what to avoid and how to better supplement my day without going overboard.. I just have to keep working on my follow through :) How have you been?! CONGRATS on reaching your 50 pound goal!!! That's fantastic!!!! It's going to take me quite a bit of time today, but I promise to catch up on your blogs! KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!! (((HUGS)))
