I tend to suffer from anxiety, depression and had struggled with panic attacks. I changed my diet entirely and found that healthy food tends to really regulate my moods. Since the end of Jan. 2011 I have been doing a total lifestyle change to include daily activities such as work outs, hobbies, and other interests that include physical activity. I am looking to lose weight to become healthy not because someone told me to or thinks I should. I am here for ME.
To do an over all lifestyle change that will get me down to a healthy weight and help me maintain it.
-Go to the art museums, festivals, and when the weather isnt bad spend time outside.
-Read more fiction. I tend to read a lot of non fiction, its time to imagine! (done - on going. For titles read "other info" down below! :D )
-Make friends and form meaningful relationships based on kindness, positivity, and mutual respect.
-Work on my shyness and social anxiety. :) (In progress.)
-Working out for 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week. Work outs vary from Qi Gong, Cardio, Strength Training, Zumba, Ballet Conditioning, Yoga and Kick Boxing. Lovin my Wii Fit but seriously looking forward to Biking and Hiking in the spring!
-Drinking plenty of water
-Attempting to get the sleep I need.
-Reducing stress through meditation, deep breathing, and focusing on the positive.
I am a Master Herbalist and Small Business owner. :) I enjoy writing, reading, music, photography, photo editing, crafts, astronomy, collecting bento boxes and Blythe dolls, hiking, bike riding, walking, yoga, wii fit, chatting, and holistic living.
Because I own a small business I can make my own hours. I normally work 2nd shift and weekends with only 1 day off a week. That means my hours and days are way off from the norm. Due to that I find it hard to keep in touch with those in my life or even make new friends.

I am a Highly Sensative Person- meaning sensative to light, sound, touch, smell, and others feelings. It can be frustrating at times to want to GO but be so easily overwhelmed by the things around me. Positive thinking and being in tune with my body helps me get by!

That was crappy of your former SparkFriend. It's important to me to stick around here even though I made it to goal. I enjoy encouraging others and helps me continue to maintain!
I'm not very hungry today either. I feel okay emotionally but maybe my body is subconsciously still glum.

Thanks for your comment on my "insecurities" blog. You're absolutely right, we do have a lot of this crap in common. I can't pinpoint why the last few days would have summoned up such emotions but it seems I'm over this particular glumfest.
I'm here for you, too, when you miss your dad. I know your dad would be proud of you, too. :)

Thanks for your comment! It probably is my sinuses. Everything's drying out here. I'm just staying hydrated and I should probably use saline nasal spray like my doctor says all the time, haha.

Thanks for getting me motivated again! I'd been doing a 5k type training (5k your way) and had quit thanks to problems with continued cramping...not fun. I had enjoyed it so now am going to start again! I hope your training's going well!
