Gained 10 lbs in a year!

Hi! I am 40 years old live in Maryland. Right now I want to reduce by 20 lbs. 10 of that was gained in the past year!!!

A demanding stressful class, 12 hour work days, business travel...my SO and I were eating quick fast food, finishing off bottles of wine, and I wasn't exercising as much. I felt horrible. We both gained weight last year.

Now that all of that is over, I getting back to feeling like myself. Ive been using SP for about 10 years and I love it. Before that I used Calorie King. Ive never had major weight issues and I equate that to calorie counting and being active. I am not one of those people can eat whatever I want without consequence. I must mindfully eat and stay active for life.

Current goal is to lose the 10 lbs I gained in 2015. Then I would like a bonus 10 :)

My Goals:
To lose 25-30 pounds.

I have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now. It used to be so easy to maintain or lose when I wanted but then my 30's happened. I really never had problems with my weight. I had another SP account that I used for maintaining and fitness tracking but I wanted to start fresh and new since that was had been open for years and my life has changed so much since I started that account.


My Program:
*I am counting my calories based on SP recommendations.

*Exercising 5 times a week using workout DVDs and FitBit.

*Drinking as much water as I can

*Being mindful of the importance of sleep.



Other Information:
I LOVE HAIR CARE AND NAIL POLISH. I am going to reward myself with things from my wishlist.
