1. You will always be able to get food. We are lucky enough to live in a world where food is plentiful.
2. Even if you are in a situation with no healthy choices, eating something horrible isn't the end of the world. You will get back on track the next day. Don't stress.
3. It's okay to look forward to meals! To love food is one of life's pleasures! So make sure you're really enjoying it and don't feel guilty about ...
