I will do this and never go back!

I am a wife and mother of 2 wonderful children. They are the reason for why I am doing what I am doing. I'm starting over in 2010! I'm going back to the beginning and never looking back. My plan is simple and I am using The Spark, SparkPeople and my wonderful family and friends to help me reach my goals.

Long Term Goals:
1. To reach a Normal BMI
2. Be a good role model to my husband and kids
3. Be successful with my new career

How am I going to ...

Short Term Goals:
1. Exercise 15 minutes every day
2. Eat 2 fruits and veggies every day
3. Drink 64 ounces of water every day
4. Track nutrition daily (every single thing that goes in my mouth even if I don't want to admit to it)
5. Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night
6. Focus only on work while at work

Mid Term Goals:
1. Run Bloomsday 12k - 5/12/10
2. Run Chicago Half Marathon - 9/12/10
3. Take family trip to Disneyland this Spring/Summer

And so I don't loose track of what I've done so far.....

October 09- lost 3 lbs, didn't measure this months inches
November 09 - lost 4.8 lbs and 3.75 inches
December 09- gained 2 took the month off
