My Goals:
I have several goals.

1. I want to improve the nutrition of my eating, meaning eating more fruits and veggies and whole grains. Less sweets and processed foods!

2. Improve my exercising. I used to be good at this but not lately! I need to get in at least 3 days of exercise per week!

I will just start with these two...

My Program:
I have joined SparkPeople! :) I will be keeping track of whole foods and also of days of exercise.

Personal Information:
My name is Tammy. I am 44 years old, married with 2 grown children and one future daughter-in-law. I work full time and struggle to keep on track of my diet and exercise goals!

Other Information:
I love games, reading, gardening, traveling and spending time with my family.

Well another week has gone and another week has arrived! Today is a start of a New Week and the Last Week of July!
