Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go.
The Challenge runs for 8 weeks. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges.
