Don't Give Up

Working at keeping my weight off has been a huge challenge over the years. Going from 118 lbs to 162 within two months due to steroids was not a good thing at all. Diagnosed with hypothyroid 2 years later and gaining another 25 lbs didn't help at all. I've been working to get it off and found SparkPeople and love it. My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs and maintain.

My Program:
Overall lifestyle change. I now exercise/walk 3 times a week, watch my carbs and calorie intake. I do still enjoy foods that i love but watch the portion sizes (something I never did).
