    Your feed is set to private. I wanted to respond to your note about being lonely. I hope the feeling has passed! I live alone and have an extremely small circle of people I can talk to, and not all of them are available often. I'm working on this and on my own internal thoughts about this. Hugs to you!

    Also wanted to welcome you to the No S Diet team. I've been using it as a lifestyle for over five years. I've been able to sustain a loss of 19% of my weight, though that took a couple of years. Loss was actually not my goal: eating sanity was. I feel No S has helped me with that more than anything else could have. I'm so glad I found it. I hope you will be, too. emoticon
