Hi, I would enjoy the challenge! I joined the quickfire team because it gives me a daily challenge. My fitness goal is to do some kind of exercise at least 3 times a week that is out of my comfort zone. Let me tell you, the first weekend challenge I did made me very aware how out of shape I am...I had trouble marching in place for 3 minutes or doing 60 jumping jacks. I was dismayed. But I am determined to reinvent myself! Also, my other goal is to be able to do a decent cartwheel, since I used to do them all the time when I was younger (OK, 28). I tried to show my daughter how to do them properly and wound up very embarrassed. Got to gain back my credibility!
