Daily I am aiming to..
Nutation: Have started to eat plant based food, and also eating my more hearty meal of the day at breakfast time and my light meal at dinner time - I feel my body loving this so far.
Exercise: I've thought about what I like doing - movement wise - and realised I love variety - walking, biking, love the water etc ... so joined a gym to participate in their aqua fitness classes 3x a week and I'm, started walking and I see that there is a bike handy to learn if its one I can use.
Water: I'm drinking about 1.5Lts a day, some times more
Sunshine: Getting outside into the sun to revitalize my body, even if its to eat breakfast in the sun, or that walk.
Temperance/moderation: I'm attempting to go easy on myself - learning to be not so gun-ho and certainly not get down on myself if I fond myself being weaker than I wish to be.
