Limit My Wheat, and Milk, as I recently found out I am sensitive to both.

Working out, taking my dog for longer walks.

Doing the Biggest Loser Game with my Cousin on the Wii.

Personal Information:
I am 27 years old and weight has been a struggle of mine for many years, after finding out some key medical information lately I now have the information to succeed and do well. In 2009 I lost 64 Lbs, but slipped up and gain that plus 40lbs.... I am now not going to let myslef see 400lbs, and working toward my goal of 199!.. I have not been in the 100's since Jr High, but I know I can do this!!

Wow! You're right, we ARE on a very similar journey! I noticed you are also trying to avoid wheat and milk, and so am I (and I've added sugar to this list). I'd love to keep in touch and hold each other accountable!

Thanks for the support and comment on my blog Tashamalie! I agree - sugar is tough. Finding the will and motivation was the hardest part though. Once I finally found that, I only had some cravings the first day. So far so good for the second day.

It looks like we have a lot of similiar goals as I have a lot of weight I'd like to loose as well perhaps we can help one another when one gets down an help to praise others. I have only been on here three weeks and I have lost 12.5 pounds so far and hope it keeps coming off.. I live in New Brunswick where do you live?
