Re-Programming

I am finally in the maintenance stage of my journey after losing 40 lbs. I have come a long way, but there is room for improvement. That is what I am working on now. I believe that we are forever evolving - which way is up to us. I choose the healthy, fit lifestyle that has been good to me the last year. I finally enjoy working out, and pushing my limits. I am always trying new things and love to hear how others stay motivated and fit.

No, I go 3 to 4 days (depending on WOD severity level) haha and have thought about alternating wks were I go only 2 days ... I don't want to get hurt or burn out ya know. But I love it!

Thanks so much for your comment on my rough day blog. I was thinking last night it was stupid to get so worked up over some moron's insensitive gossiping. That's human nature.

I'm very non-confrontational, mainly because my emotions choke me from getting stuff out so I usually stew. My emotions were way too raw yesterday not to say something.

In hindsight, I think I was actually looking out for her too. I've been around the block enough to know that when a man tries to put doubt in a woman's head about the man she is with, he is usually up to no good.

I hope your day is going better than your morning. Thanks for "being there" for me!
