Re-Programming

I am finally in the maintenance stage of my journey after losing 40 lbs.
I have come a long way, but there is room for improvement. That is what I am working on now.
I believe that we are forever evolving - which way is up to us. I choose the healthy, fit lifestyle that has been good to me the last year. I finally enjoy working out, and pushing my limits. I am always trying new things and love to hear how others stay motivated and fit.

ARE YOU AND HUBBY GOING TO HAVE A VACATION? DO YOU STILL HAVE FAMILY A CASA, OR ARE THEY ALL WITH YOU?

I ACHE, OOWWWWW, EVERYTHING, I RAN, I JUMPED, I KICKED THE BALL, PUSHED A HEAVY BUGGY WITH TIRED CHILDREN AROUND THE FOREST/LAKE AREA.. WHO NEEDS THE GYM WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING AFTER 4 UNDER 7 YEAR OLDS?

Thankx, I'm almost all better. The virus is still there in the form of a cough and having to blow my nose :( And my back is to the point where I could get back to PiYo a few days ago. #happy

I do the modified tricep pushups, but do get up off my knees every so often to build up to doing them the more advanced way :) Baby steps, right?
