Re-Programming

I am finally in the maintenance stage of my journey after losing 40 lbs.
I have come a long way, but there is room for improvement. That is what I am working on now.
I believe that we are forever evolving - which way is up to us. I choose the healthy, fit lifestyle that has been good to me the last year. I finally enjoy working out, and pushing my limits. I am always trying new things and love to hear how others stay motivated and fit.

Hi there,
Thanks for the comment and question regarding pyramid training.
Pyramid training could be used to increase strength. By dropping your weight and then raising it up again, your body gets sort of a rest but then you push it harder.
For example:
I did the lat pull down:
12 reps at 70
8 reps at 60
6 reps at 50
10 reps at 100
Check with your dr. to be sure this is something for you:)
